Priority Service for Raffles V.I.P. Customers

As a V.I.P. customer, your booking will take priority over all non-V.I.P. bookings. Your call will be dealt with politely and efficiently by one of our senior telephonists and your booking will be dispatched first. If your booking is required at a later time or date, it will be given priority status and will be dispatched to arrive on time.

Airports, corporate events, social functions, business trips; in fact, any journey and any destination can be catered for by Raffles' V.I.P. service. Our vehicles and drivers can also be hired on a daily basis for an outing to the races or sightseeing, or indeed any destination you require.

Raffles' V.I.P. cars are normally large family-size saloons or estates and are normally less than 3 years old. We can also provide new Ford Transit Tourneo people carriers for the larger group of passengers. If, however, you require a more exclusive vehicle, please contact our Customer Service Manager for details of our Prestige Executive Service.

Raffles' V.I.P. Commitment to Customer Service

1. In order to maintain a superior service, Raffles' V.I.P. Service is available to account and credit card customers only.	7. For your safety, all vehicles are fitted with G.P.S. tracking system.
2. Priority over other bookings.	8. A secure and confidential small parcel delivery service is available.
3. All V.I.P. drivers are selected by our Director and are of smart appearance.	9. Dedicated phone lines answered by senior telephonists to ensure that you receive a prompt and efficient service.
4. All drivers and vehicles are licensed by Milton Keynes Council and therefore are checked and cleared by the Criminal Records Bureau.	10. Your Raffles V.I.P. Service Account can be password protected to allow only authorised personnel to access your account and make bookings.
5. All V.I.P. cars supplied will be of a high standard and not normally older than three years.	11. Raffles V.I.P. Service has a dedicated Customer Service Manager who will be able to assist with any enquiries or further information that you may require.
6. All drivers are professional in their duties and have a good knowledge of Milton Keynes and the surrounding areas.
